Payables Coordinator with French

JOB DESCRIPTION

Verification of amounts on applicable invoices
Preparation of cash disbursement vouchers and processing wire transfer requests
Tracking contract expenditures and their compliance with contractual terms
Reporting on the invoice registration process
Keeping in touch with suppliers and processing invoices in due time

CANDIDATE PROFILE

English and French at least at B2 level
Attention to detail and great organisational skills
MS Office skills
Experience with accounting or finance processes, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable or invoice processing are a plus
