Payroll Business Analyst
Our client, a multinational company focused on the consumer health sector, is looking for an enthusiastic payroll specialist who is great with both people and numbers to spearhead major improvements in payroll processes internationally.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Discovering space for improvement of payroll processes and finding solutions by cooperating with HR, payroll and finance departments
- Communicating implemented changes to everyone concerned with sufficient notice
- Training payroll team members on the implemented processes
- Evaluating and recommending new payroll IT tools
- Implementing new IT solutions in cooperation with IT department
- Developing and maintaining payroll reports and metrics
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Academic background in finance, accounting or a related field
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations for EMEA countries
- Experience with payroll process improvement
- Experience with payroll software and tools
- Superior communication and networking skills
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
