Operational Manager
The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Prague, Czech Republic, is seeking a skillful Operational Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth running of the embassy.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing financial affairs including invoice payments and cash management
- Preparing payroll documents for the payroll accountant
- Overseeing the regular housing and maintenance
- Contract management and everyday IT support
- Managing the operational staff
- Overseeing the Senior Consular Officer regarding consular documents
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proficiency in English and Czech
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Great people skills towards the management team, employees and clients
- Ability to manage expenses in a cost-conscious way
- Ability to set up and oversee clear procedures and ensure task completion
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Cisco tools such as Jabber or AnyConnect, and the People Inc HR software
