My client, the worldwide-know manufacturer of cameras, is looking for a new colleague with Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish (it’s up to you) in the Back office team. This team is veeeeeery stable. Ladies from Back office work at the company for 15 years!

So if you are an advanced speaker in one of the mentioned languages, have experience in administration/customer service, and looking for a stable, long-term job, don’t wait anymore and let me know about you!

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for:

  • Administrative support of sales department
  • Processing orders
  • Communication with corporate clients from Nordic countries
  • Control of prices
  • Solving problems, processing claims
  • Preparation of payments
  • Management and evidence of documentation
  • Invoicing

CANDIDATE PROFILE

What do we expect from you?

  • Advanced Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish (due to contact with those countries) & English
  • Previous work experience similar to this position (administration/customer service)
  • Know MS Office, ideally SAP (not a necessity, just an advantage)
  • To be a responsible, hard-working and friendly person (girls from back office want somebody nice there who can manage more tasks at once)
