Junior Buyer with Portuguese

Are you interested in the world of procurement and sourcing and ready to start your career in an international environment? We are currently looking for a junior buyer to join the team at the Czech branch of our corporate client.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Processing requisitions and converting them to purchase orders 
• Collecting proposals from vendors and negotiating basic terms 
• Reviewing invoices against purchase orders and approving any extra freight costs 
• Communication with vendors regarding invoice payments 
• Updating purchase orders 
• Cooperation with strategic buyers 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fluent English and Portuguese are a must 
• Completed secondary school education 
• Effective communication skills and client focus 
• Ability to build relationships and think analytically 
• Experience in buying, sourcing,order management or procurement is a plus
