JOB DESCRIPTION

Making sure purchase requisition processes run smoothly
Acting as point of contact for interactions between requestors, business partners and other internal stakeholders
Sorting low touch, high touch and no touch transactions and providing guidance accordingly
Providing assistance with processes such as creating requisitions or creating, receiving and closing purchase orders
Managing requisitions in the internal system
Providing end-user support for electronic marketplaces
Making sure correct supplier data is collected in a timely manner

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Focus on customer service and communication skills
Communicative English at least at B2 level
Strong MS Excel skills and good skills in other MS Office tools
1 to 2 years of experience in procurement or R2P, sourcing, accounts payable or accounting processes
Prior knowledge of CRM systems or ticketing systems is a plus
