At ManpowerGroup, we believe that young people are our future. We don't agree with the general belief that members of the next generation don't want to work, don't tolerate criticism, are less resilient, unstable and only want to enjoy the life. We believe that potential dwells in every person, just waiting to be awakened. This potential does not depend on gender, skin color, education or health condition. Everyone, without distinction, should have the opportunity to prepare for entering the world of work and fulfill their potential.

We support two education organizations that work intensively with young people. We also proudly support Revenium, an organization that helps to employ people with both visible or invisible disabilities.
