Recruitment Coordinator with GERMAN or DUTCH

The position of recruitment specialist is ideal for anyone who would like to work in an international team and focus on the recruiting process across Europe. We are currently hiring for a pharmaceutical company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Close teamwork with Lead Recruiters on offer creation
- Process and resolve complex cases in recruiting
- Communication with candidates
- Proactively monitor the situation on the labour market
- Work and support other team members during projects
- Other administrative tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluent in English
- German or Dutch language (B2 or higher)
- Attention to detail
- Good communicative skills
- A proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage and organize own workload and tasks
- Previous experience in HR or recruiting is preferable
