Vendor and Deal Manager
Are you looking for a part-time freelance job? Do you have experience in vendor management or procurement? We are searching for a new colleague for our international IT segment client!
JOB SUMMARY
- act as the primary point of contact for vendors, fostering positive relationships and ensuring contractual obligations are met
- address unpaid invoice escalations by coordinating with Accounts Payable (AP) team, finance department, and vendors to resolve issues promptly
- push for timely support from providers in case of service disruptions or issues, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- oversee and manage the calendar for maintenance activities, ensuring all scheduled maintenances are tracked and communicated effectively
- handle new orders, server replacements, cancellations, contract terminations, and the initiation of new contracts
- collaborate with the CW or AP team to create Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle R12 and manage invoices for Concur reports paid by card
- manage the onboarding process for new vendors, including the management of Agiloft for document control and providing guidance to vendors on necessary documentation
- assist in the planning and forecasting of the budget, ensuring alignment with procurement and financial objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- possibility of working as a freelancer part-time (80 hours a month)
- fluent Czech and English
- proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or a similar role
- strong understanding of contract terms and SLAs
