Senior Key Account Specialist in Pharma business

We are searching for 2 new members of our Sales team in a well-known pharmaceutical company! One for Moravia and the other for Bohemia region. If you are a Czech speaker with at least B1 English and you already have sales experience in the pharma business, you are the right one for us! JOB SUMMARY

• achieve sales targets in assigned territory by a highly ethical and compliant customer-oriented approach
• promote the assigned portfolio of Janssen’s products – strong knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas and products
• co-develop and execute territory business plans
• work closely daily with relevant Medical Scientific Liaisons to target appropriately the customer’s needs in the field of Medical Education
• get a deep understanding and insight into the main principles of customer’s Health Care related budget, and product reimbursement principles

REQUIREMENTS

• min. 3 years of experience as a Sales representative, KAM or KAS in pharma business
• pharma business experience/background
• Czech + English at least B1
• driver´s licence B
• courage to take action/responsibility for solutions/results
• positive attitude, personal accountability, teamwork
