Technical Customer Support with POLISH

You will be the first point of contact for the customers. Your main responsibility will be to resolve clients’ queries over phone calls or via chat and/ or email, according to the company standards. You will be cooperating with and escalating cases to a higher level of support representatives when needed.
– You are a fluent speaker of both English (min B2) and Polish (min C1)
– You have previous working experience as a Technical/ Helpdesk Support or an avid interest in Technology
– You are a reliable team player, have good communication skills and like working with people
– You possess an analytical mindset and are not afraid of solving problems
It will be nice if you:
– Have any Networking and/or Wireless infrastructure skills
– You are familiar with mobile computing technologies and operating systems or remote tools
