You will be:

  • Managing support activities through inbound/outbound calls
  • Managing online ticketing
  • Providing information and support for different banking products (POS, Online Banking applications, debit/credit cards)
  • Working in 8-hour long shifts



  • Advanced knowledge of Italian (B2/C1), Romanian and English on B2 level
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • High school diploma
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
