IT support Service Desk Analyst (with Dutch)

As an IT Service Desk Analyst you will be a part of an applications support team. POPIS POZICE

– Recommendation of solutions and resolution of problems across variety of IT platforms to minimize the impact of IT changes on business

– Logging and tracking requests, maintaining history records

– Understanding computerized data entry systems and uses of these systems to track activities

– Maintaining composure in critical situations

– Working closely with other team members and supporting teams in resolving open issues

– Daily communication with customers via phone and email

PROFIL KANDIDÁTA

– Speak fluent English & Dutch.

– Fluency in other languages is an advantage. 

– Previous experience in the IT help desk capacity or customer service background will be an advantage 

– Experience in Lotus Notes troubleshooting will be an asset

– Strong customer focus, willingness to support 

– Good general communication skills

– Good analytical problem solving skills

NABÍZÍME

– 1 holiday week extra – total of 5 weeks paid

 – Sickdays – max. 3 days yearly, not transferable to the next year

 – Meal Vouchers – from start of employment in the amount of 80 Kč for each shift worked over 4 hours, exceptions are when the per diem entitlement is in a different form, (for example business trips)

– Pension insurance – effective after one year – the employer contributes double the employees contibution (max. 3 % of the basic salary)

 – Life and accident insurance contribution for employees on maternity/family leave – one-time contribution in the amount of 8 000 Kč, which is primarily intended for life and accident insurance

 – Contribution upon returning from work disability – ManpowerGroup will pay the difference between sick pay (salary compensation) and 80 % of gross monthly salary

 – Benefits for maternity/family leave – ManpowerGroup will pay the difference between the expected amount of maternity allowance (subsidy) and 60 % of gross monthly salary

 – BENEFLEX (cafeteria system) – employees yearly receive a contribution of 12 000 points, (22 800 points for managers) – 1 000 points month – usable for sport, culture, travelling and such. 1 point = 1 Kč

 – O2 Family program – Complex offer of calling, internet and other services, not only for oneself but also for family and close ones. (1+4 SIM)
