This job opportunity is suitable for candidates interested not only in managing activities of the CEO but to support with onboarding tasks in HR, coordinate smooth running of the office and much more!


What will you do:

– Support of the CEO: organisation of travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, Visa), administrative support
– General office duties: build and maintain a relationship with the office landlord, administration of office cards, ordering supplies for the office
– Activities related to HR: monthly administration of new hires/leavers, coordination of language courses, new starter induction, medical checks, company devices, meal vouchers


Your profile:

– Fluent English is a must!
– Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
– Able to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
– Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
– Previous experience in a similar role
