As a Service Desk agent, your main responsibility will be to provide a high level of customer care support, serving as the main point of contact for the customers.
Your tasks will consist of:
– Providing support to clients
– Cooperating with colleagues
– Handling queries via chat, email or phone
– Analyzing and solving issues on a daily basis
– Making updates and corrections in the client’s database
