• Preparing HR documents such as contracts, contract amendments confirmations

• Administering employee benefits and other HR related matters

• Collecting data and compiling reports

• Suggesting practical solutions to day to day issues


• A Bachelor´s degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, or related working experience in the field

• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

• Exceptional customers focus and service orientation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Verbal and written communication skills in English & French
