Your responsibility is to provide 1st level technical support, service restoration, fulfilment of the service request and advice to users ensuring the maximum availability, performance and utilization of knowledge and information systems.
You will be in touch with US customers who need help regarding technical issues. You would be responsible for answering phone calls and e-mails to recover customer’s satisfaction.
– Speak fluently English at least on level B2
