JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing professional and efficient customer support via phone, email, or chat.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to products, services, or accounts.
- Offering personalized assistance and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Staying updated on company products, services, and policies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Native or advanced proficiency in Czech/Slovak.
- Strong command of English (B2-C1), both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
- Relocation to Athens, Greece (relocation package provided).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
- Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
