Payroll Data Analyst with Spanish

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Delivering financial and operational analysis of payroll data for Spanish employees of the client 
• Communication with an external payroll data processing company in Spanish 
• Daily cooperation with colleagues from the payroll department in English 
• Auditing shared data and uploading them into the system 
• Double-checking the correctness of payroll and social security data processed externally and investigating any discrepancies 
• Data mining and analysis using systems queries to gather finance data using MS Excel and SQL. 
• Responding to queries regarding payroll data 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or data analysis  
• At least 2 years experience in the field of data analysis or payroll processing 
• Fluent English and Spanish at least at B2 level 
• A good grasp of payroll procedures and principles 
• Great analytical skills and ability to work independently 
• Experience with or knowledge of SQL is a strong plus
