Recruiter with English and German

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the selection process end-to-end
• Participate in all activities connected with Early Talent hiring 
• Build and maintaining positive candidate and hiring managers experience through the whole process
• Ensure business representatives are briefed and receive all relevant information to perform the selection and offer process
• The effective delivery of the sell process to get offers accepted to meet hiring targets
• Work alongside HR Operations and HR Coverage to onboard campus hires

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Fluent in English 
• German at least on conversational level (minimum B1 or B2)
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a recruiter
