HR Assistant with English
One of our clients, a multinational company leading innovations in online retailing, cloud computing and digital streaming, is now looking for an HR Assistant with English.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Schedule interviews and phone screenings
- Update candidate records in recruiting systems
- Keep recruiters informed of candidate issues and provide follow-up correspondence
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and materials
- Collaborate with recruiters to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Great organizational skills
- Previous recruiting coordinator experience or equivalent required
