Position: Senior Expert – E-Mobility
Location: Prague, Czech Republic (office-based, with travel across the country)
Contract: Full-time (1-year fixed term, with potential for extension)
Salary: From 70,000 CZK/month + 20% annual performance bonus

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to spearhead the development of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and related products in the Czech Republic. In this entrepreneurial role, you will lead efforts to position the company as a top e-Mobility service provider in the market.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Research EV market trends, track competitor offerings, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Infrastructure Development: Plan and oversee the rollout of EV charging stations across the country, ensuring commercial viability.
• Product & Partnership Management: Develop B2C and B2B e-Mobility products, establish partnerships, and ensure seamless operational processes.
• Operational Excellence: Manage maintenance, budget planning, and supplier performance.
• Strategic Planning: Advise senior leadership on business growth opportunities and compliance with local regulations.
• Project Coordination: Participate in EU-funded projects and manage investment initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business or a Technical field.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in e-Mobility, infrastructure development, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of the local EV market and competitor landscape.
• Fluency in Czech (C2) and English (C1) for business communication.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
