WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your job will involve resolving customers‘ requests, managing them in the system, responding accurately and on time, and ensuring that the service provided is professional. You will also participate in process improvements.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Fluent English & Spanish (B2 in both)
Interest in technologies
Good analytical & communication skills
