ICT Service Desk Specialist – Prague

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide IT support for internal users.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and services.
- Manage hardware and software assets, including installation and updates.
- Handle the successful implementation of new ICT services.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, proposing efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with external ICT providers and create detailed documentation for IT processes.
- Participate actively in group IT projects.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Experience in IT support or a related field.
- Knowledge of installing and maintaining Windows 10 and software applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, MS Azure, and Active Directory.
- Technical understanding of networking, hardware (printers, audio/video), and general ICT infrastructure.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive work ethic and a medium-level proficiency in English.
