JOB DESCRIPTION
- Engage and Support: Be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards.
- Multilingual Communication: Use your Swiss German daily, with English for internal communication. French? That’s a bonus!
- Order Management: Process orders, coordinate deliveries and handle invoicing with precision.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Own portfolio of clinets: You will be responsible for a selected range of customers
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken German, along with communicative English. French is a plus!
- Personal traits: We’re looking for someone who is communicative, independent, and flexible.
- Tech Skills: Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Outlook. Experience with Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Education: A high school diploma at minimum.
