Technical Support Engineer (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Are you passionate about solving technical problems and providing excellent customer service? Join our client’s team as a Technical Support Engineer!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide technical support to customers via Chat, Phone, Webforms, and ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using SQL and Java
  • Manage multiple support cases and keep customers informed
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure exceptional customer service

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • English at a professional, communicative level is a must
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Java (academic or professional)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-focused, adaptable to various tasks (phone, chat, technical cases), and comfortable handling requests over the phone
  • Experience in support, software development, or IT is a plus
  • Additional European language is a plus
