Our client, a successful manufacturer of medical devices, is looking for a Team Leader of Sales Support team.

Mantioned Sales Support team provides administrative support to Sales department from DACH region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Leadership of DACH Sales Support team (6 people)
Qualification and continuous development of team by coordinating and organizing on-the-job learning opportunities and trainings
Responsibility for daily operations of the Sales Support delivery
Ensuring fulfillment of SLAs by conducting regular performance reviews and analyses
Operational responsibility for sales order processing, open order monitoring, invoice management, returns management, etc.
Project leadership and/or support for initiatives to improve service levels as well as setup and process efficiency
Manage team and key stakeholder collaboration across the EMEA organization
Reporting to supervisor

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Min. 3-year relevant experience (in Sales Support, Back Office or similar field) with leadership responsibility
Fluent English and German
Knowledge of MS Office, SAP – advantage, not necessity
Responsibility, reliability, comunication skills
