The modern history of IBM within Czech Republic was initiated in 1991. Ten years later, on 31st May 2001, the new service centre - Global Services Delivery Centre (GSDC) – was established in Technological Park in Brno. After few months lasting training the first IT operators and system engineers started the practical operations. At the present time GSDC dynamically evolves and opens the whole batch of new occupational positions. IBM Delivery Centre in Brno is integral part of IBM outsourcing organisation which provides complex services to thousands of customers all around the world.
